Your privacy is our priority
Once you are on assignment, we process more than a résumé. Payroll, time, tax, employment eligibility, and client site rules all require records. We collect only what the engagement and the law require, and we limit access to people who need it to pay you, support you, or satisfy a client or regulator.
This notice covers contractors, W2 consultants, and C2C resources. It should be read with the full privacy notice and any offer letter, contractor agreement, or employee notice you receive.
What we collect
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and work authorization | Legal name, contact details, Form I-9 documents, E-Verify case result, Social Security number or ITIN where required for tax and pay | Confirm you may work, run payroll and tax, meet DHS and IRS rules |
| Pay and banking | Rate or salary, hours, expenses, bank account for direct deposit, tax elections (W-4, W-9, 1099) | Pay you correctly and file required returns |
| Assignment | Client, location, dates, manager, timesheets, performance notes, incident reports | Deliver the engagement and handle extensions, conversions, or issues |
| Compliance | Background-check authorization and results, licenses, immunizations or credentialing for healthcare roles, safety training | Meet client, SLED, and healthcare facility requirements |
How we use it
- Onboard you and keep the assignment running.
- Process time, pay, tax, and (where applicable) benefits.
- Complete E-Verify and other employment-eligibility processes.
- Report to the client as the contract requires — hours, status, replacement — not your tax file.
- Meet record-keeping, audit, insurance, and public-sector duties.
- Handle workers’ compensation, leave, or workplace claims.
How long we keep it
Payroll, tax, and I-9 records are kept for the periods federal and state law require — generally three to seven years after the assignment ends, and longer if a claim is open. Credentialing files for healthcare assignments follow the client’s and the board’s rules.
