Your privacy is our priority
We process personal information about people who work for companies we do business with — hiring managers, procurement officers, vendor managers, accounts payable, and counterparties at suppliers and recruiting partners. This notice covers that use. It should be read with the full privacy notice.
What we collect

How we use it
- Bid, contract, and deliver staffing, SOW, MSP, and technology work.
- Administer the relationship: invoices, programs, SLAs, and issue-handling.
- Meet public-sector procurement, audit, diversity-reporting, and tax duties — including MBE and E-Verify documentation where a vehicle requires it.
- Send service communications. We do not buy marketing lists.
- Protect our legal interests and manage claims.
How long we keep it
Contract and billing records are generally kept for seven years after the relationship ends, in line with tax and commercial record-keeping, or longer if a dispute or a public-sector retention schedule requires it. Contact details are refreshed or removed when they are no longer current.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion as described in the privacy notice. Some records are the company’s, not yours alone, and may be retained under the contract. Use the privacy request form or write contact@syntricatetechnologies.com.
