Equal employment opportunity
Syntricate Technologies, Inc. is committed to equal employment opportunity. All personnel actions and all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment — including recruitment, hiring, assignment, promotion, compensation, benefits, training, layoff, and termination — are made without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, disability, veteran status, service in the uniformed services, citizenship status (except as required by law), genetic information, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.
This policy applies to our employees, to applicants, and to talent we present or place with clients, to the extent we control the decision. Clients remain responsible for their own workplaces; we will not honor a discriminatory specification.
Affirmative action
Where we are a federal contractor or subcontractor, or where a state or local contract requires it, we take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified women, minorities, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities, consistent with Executive Order 11246 (as applicable), Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).
Protected veterans and disability
We encourage protected veterans and individuals with disabilities to apply. If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply or to perform essential functions, contact us as described in the accessibility statement. We will provide notices required by OFCCP, including the Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision, in our covered postings and facilities.
Pay transparency
Syntricate will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c).
Where a state or locality requires salary-range disclosure in job advertisements, we will include it.
Harassment-free workplace
Harassment on any protected basis — including sexual harassment — is prohibited in our offices and, to the extent of our control, on assignments we run. Report concerns using the contacts below. We prohibit retaliation for making a good-faith report or participating in an investigation.
Minority-owned business and inclusion
Syntricate is a certified Minority Business Enterprise. Certification describes ownership; it does not replace this equal opportunity policy. We staff, partner, and subcontract on the merits of the work, and we expect the same of vendors who work with us.
How to apply
