What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser. They can be session-based (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (until they expire or you delete them).
Personal information collected through cookies is handled under our privacy notice and the website visitor notice.
Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| syntricate-cookie-notice | Essential (local storage) | Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so we do not show it on every page load | Until you clear site data |
| syntricate-inquiries | Essential (local storage) | Keeps a copy, on this device only, of contact and careers forms you submitted so you can see them again | Until you clear site data |
These are strictly necessary for the site to work as designed. They are not used to advertise to you. There is no “off” switch for them other than clearing site data in your browser, which may cause the notice to reappear and will remove your local form copies.
What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies, pixels, or SDKs.
- Third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar).
- Social-media tracking cookies from this site.
- Cross-context behavioral advertising identifiers.
Because we do not use optional cookies, there are no analytics or marketing categories to toggle. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask before setting them.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Instructions are published by the browser vendors:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage website data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or global privacy control signal. We do not sell or share personal information, so those signals do not change a sale that is not occurring. We honor them as a request not to sell or share.
Changes
We may update this cookie policy. The date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be posted here.
