Commitment
Syntricate Technologies, Inc. is committed to digital accessibility. We serve State, Local, and Education (SLED) clients as well as private employers, and we treat access as part of delivery — not an afterthought. This statement applies to www.syntricatetechnologies.com.
The standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to the federal Section 508 standards (as restated in the Revised 508 Standards) that many SLED procurements reference. Where a state or agency requires a specific VPAT or equivalent, we will provide it on request as part of a bid or contract.
What we build for
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable control.
- Semantic headings, labels, and buttons.
- Keyboard access to navigation, forms, and dialogs.
- Visible focus styles and color contrast intended to meet AA ratios.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly.
- Forms with labels, error text, and a privacy notice adjacent to submit.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion. - Language of the page set to English.
Known limits
Some third-party content — for example, a linked state procurement portal or a certification logo — is outside our control. PDFs and older documents attached to a bid may not meet the same standard as this site; ask us for an accessible alternative.
We test on current versions of major browsers and on a mobile viewport. If something fails for you, tell us — the specific page, the browser or assistive technology, and what you were trying to do.
